Statistics were generated for the following A&T Database attributes: ACRES (property land area in acres), CONSIDR1 (amount paid for the property), and SQFTSTRC (foundation square footage for the principal structure). For the ACRES attribute only fields with values > 0 were used. For the CONSIDR1 attribute only values in the range of > 1000 and < 10,000,000 were used. For the SQFTSTRC attribute only fields with values > 0 were used. The census block group boundaries are from the BlockGroup_MSA layer (2000 GDT census block groups) in the BES Database.
