Gwynns Falls Natural Resource Survey
Steven X. Lee
The Gwynns Falls Natural Resource Survey is a multi-module, multi-year study of the stream valley forest. The first phase (1995 to 1999)of the project includes the documentation of ornithological and botanical studies, as well biological and chemical stream surveys. The purpose of the project is to document the survival and condition of the indigenous natural resource of the forest valley, for posterity and conservation planning. And to encorage greater interest, and broad-base participation in the preservation of this rare metropolitan wilderness.
